We are looking for a talented Digital Learning Specialist to join our Global CS Learning & Development (L&D) team in Los Gatos, California. This role will support curriculum development and create engaging and effective learning experiences across all our outsourced call centers worldwide with a focus on speed, flexibility and collaboration. You will partner with Curriculum Developers, Program Managers, Subject Matter Experts, and our technology teams to influence design decisions across teams and build high quality content, tools, and templates. Our Global CS L&D team provides leadership, customer service, and tools training that has a direct impact on our agents, our customers, and the business. This role reports to the Global Manager, Learning & Development and will have the opportunity to develop the most impactful learning experiences for the best call center agents and leaders in the industry. An ideal candidate is one who is up to date with the latest training tools and digital technology and can think beyond traditional SCORM based eLearnings to make learning engaging, fun and interactive. Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement a digital Learning & Development strategy, based on blended learning principles and identify areas of the curriculum best served by great tools and technology.
· Design digital learning solutions that involve multiple learning technologies and partner with our Technology Team to ensure these solutions can be implemented.
· Brainstorm with other ELearning Developers, Instructional Designers, and SMEs across the globe to come up with new ideas, concepts, and decide upon the creative direction of a project.
· Collaborate with peers and key stakeholders (cross functional teams, SMEs, Curriculum Developers) to understand project requirements and influence curriculum design decisions and desired outcomes.
