We are seeking a Coordinator to join our growing Production Facility Services & Operations Overall Deal team (aka “OAD”) , part of the Netflix physical production organization. This position will be housed in Los Angeles. This position will be responsible for supporting the Overall Deal Team. Our primary focus is to provide our clients with excellent customer service & the Netflix Experience through sourcing office space, construction, facility management, and service needs.

This is a demanding and fast moving position that requires someone who is a proactive and positive thinker, and able to exercise good judgment and communication.  

Responsibilities:

·  Provide administrative support to the Overall Deal Team
·  Maintain and organize trackers, forms, folders, and documentation
·  Create OAD and client presentations
·  Organize, attend, and participate in stakeholders and client meetings, including the creation and distribution of meeting agendas and design notes
·  Communicates daily with the various internal partners to determine progress of projects and provide current information to ensure alignment 
·  Correspond and interact with clients to facilitate day to day requests as well as flag any critical issues to the Specialist and/or Manager
·  Coordination and monitoring the onsite installation of furniture, fixtures, & equipment 
·  Correspond with vendors and provide onsite access at the various locations for service installations
·  Coordinate client tours, occasional attendance may be required
·  Participates in Ad Hoc projects
·  Any other duties to support the studio and production operations team
·  Create a positive atmosphere of professionalism and support

Qualifications:

·  3+ years experience in entertainment-specific campus operational and facilities management
·  Team player with an ability to supervise several projects in a fast-paced environment
·  Self-starter with ability to prioritize and respond accordingly
·  Great communicator who can build strong working relationships with vendors, and internal and external partners
·  Access to high-quality vendors and production facilities contacts worldwide
·  Ability to respond after hours for important, timely or urgent manners
·  Ability to be discreet and handle confidential information
·  Proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Google Drive, MS Word, Excel. AirTable a plus
·  Willingness to continue learning to ensure understanding of current production process and equipment and studios
·  Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Google Slides
·  Willingness to take educated risks and think out of the box
