Our Marketing teams are growing fast to drive buzz and viewership for the ~900 Netflix-branded original shows and movies that we will launch this year. We are looking for someone to partner with our Marketing leaders to solve the challenging questions about how we grow the organization -- how fast should we grow, where, what are the right financial tradeoffs between growing people costs vs. growing media spend? This role will partner with Marketing VPs and senior executives in Los Angeles, and help support our expanding teams across the globe in South America, Europe, and Asia to help forecast organizational growth. The position is based in our Los Angeles office and reports into the Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis Manager in Los Angeles. Key business partners for this role include Marketing, FP&A, Finance, and Human Resources.
· Provide financial leadership across headcount planning, budgeting, and long-range planning for the Marketing organization.
· Develop frameworks & metrics to ensure that we are growing appropriately -- in terms of our ability to accomplish our business goals while also making prudent financial decisions on behalf of the company.
· Analyze trends and interdependencies of multiple teams within our increasingly complex business.
· Improve workflows and HR/ financial planning systems to improve forecast accuracy, scale forecasting and reporting tools, and allow us to better capture data insights.
