Nestle Ukraine is announcing an opening for the Intermarket Supply Planner in Kiev.


Main Responsibilities:

· Organizing and leading weekly and monthly Key Meetings of the Inter-Market Planning cycle;
· Negotiating and sign-offing the dispatch/load plans received from producers;
· Measuring, monitoring and analysing Inter-Market Supply performance to identify areas of possible improvement and take/propose corrective measures;
· Distribution Requirement Planning for all products of allocated business category(s);
· Acting as the primary internal contact point for operational issues concerning imported products (provide product information needed for downstream Supply Chain and Sales processes);
· Acting as the primary contact between Producers and home Commercial for operational issues;
· Monitoring performance indicators to identify issues or areas of possible improvement and take corrective measures/escalate;
· Conducting follow-up with transport companies regarding on time transportation service delivery;
· Ensuring assistance in customs clearance procedure.

Main Requirements:

· University Degree;
· 1+ year of experience in Supply planning, Logistics, Transportation;
· Knowledge and understanding of the Supply Chain function;
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
· Good analytical and numerical skills;
· Knowledge of English (Upper-intermediate)
