Main Purpose of Job:
Execution of field sales activities to maximize growth and enhance our market leadership position .
Your responsibilities would be to:
Meet distribution requirements and ensuring the right product mix is distributed correctly.
Provide excellent level of service to outlets & local eateries, such as product placement.
Able to develop customers' intimacy with business partners.
To develop customer insights and customer proposition.
You must have the following:
Results-driven with proven experience and able to perform well in the out-of-home segment and/or FMCG industry.
Minimum SPM or its equivalent.
Good communication skills in verbal and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Dynamic, pleasant personality with drive, enthusiasm and the ability to work independently.
2 months of fixed bonus.
Performance Bonus based on KPIs achieved for the year.
