Quality Specialist

Job description

Nestlé Business Services is announcing an opening for QUALITY SPECIALIST in Performance Management Department.

Main responsibilities:
· Execute all the activities related to data quality by performing sample check analysis;
· Prepare manual SLAs according to the defined deadlines;
· Prepare periodic internal/external reports/dashboards on quality of services provided;
· Participate in KPIs trends (SLAs), root cause analysis of mistakes/errors and problem solving;
Main requirements:
· Master degree in Economics/Accountancy/Finance/Computer Sciences/International relations;
· Knowledge of English both written and verbal (Intermediate level);
· Good knowledge of FS processes (at list one year of experience in FS department);
· Strong knowledge of SAP, MS Office (particular Excel and Power Point);
· Strong analytical skills;
· Solid skills in data extraction and analysis;
· Good time management skills;
