Production Shift Manager
in Nestlé Purina factory in Nowa Wieś Wrocławska
Responsibilities:
· Ensure employee safety, product quality and asset performance while delivering on time the production plan with full compliance
· Organize shift work, develop and coach employees to fulfill and exceed the requirements
· Achieve total production costs and target savings
Our expectations:
· Master degree in food sciences or engineering
· Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience – preferably food, consumer goods or automotive industry
· Leadership and coaching skills
· High level of communication and teamwork skills
· Upper-intermediate English level
· Proficiency in MS Office
· Certified electrical qualifications (1 st and 2 nd group)
Additional expectations:
· LEAN/TPM experience
· SAP usage
· Problem-solving tools knowledge
· Valid sanitary results
