The Opportunity
This is a great opportunity for an experienced maintenance team leader to join a company leading in Nutrition Health & Wellness, be part of our success story and build your career within a global organization.

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the plant with ongoing maintenance and driving continuous improvement and preventative maintenance initiatives.

Key responsibilities
· Identification of root causes of plant performance issues, leveraging the knowledge and skills of plant operators, tradesmen and peers
· Identifying continuous improvement and preventative maintenance opportunities as well as supporting site initiatives
· Management and execution of planned maintenance activities
· Being hands on with maintenance, managing time between breakdown and preventative maintenance and documentation.
· Lead technical investigations and provide technical advice as part of the maintenance leadership team
About You We would like to hear from candidates with a tertiary qualification in Mechanical/Electrical or Manufacturing Engineering who have 3+ years within industry and people management experience. Specific FMCG experience would be advantageous.
