What will be your key responsibilities?

Located in Panama, you will report to the Customer Services Manager of the Operations - Customer Service Supply chain solutions department in Switzerland . You will ensure the follow-up of customer worldwide orders for Nestlé commodities and make sure everything is done in a proper timing.

Support above market procurement process of hedged commodities:
· Responsible for invoicing of all hedged commodities trading for North America both for imported and local to local flows.
· Follow up of on time production of orders with suppliers.
· Follow up of dispatches with third party logistics providers and issuance of transport documents when needed.
Managing financial settlements:
· Issuance of billings for triangular buy/sell transactions.
· Creation and management of credit notes generated from customer claims.
Cross-functional coordination:
· Exception management with self-billing process in coordination with GLOBE, Procurement & Nestle markets.
· Coordination and collaboration with Nestrade finance, accounting, project management for settlement of pending issues or customer requests.
What we need?
· Strong knowledge of incoterms.
· Ability to work with remote teams in different time zones.
· Good understanding of cultural diversity.
What is required?
· University degree in Customer Service, Business Administration and/or Supply Chain.
· 2-3 years of professional experience in an international customer service department (export and transportation management knowledge).
· Fluency in English, other language is a plus.
· Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, SAP SD & P2P modules would be a plus.
