Field Sales Supervisor - Pharmacy Channel

Job description

The field Sales Supervisor (Pharmacy Channel) is responsible to lead & develop Sales Representatives to ensure field execution of the sales and distribution strategy in his assigned territory through training and coaching the team and achieve secondary sales and quality of sales objectives

Main responsibilities:

- To lead & develop a high performing sales representative team.

- Set the individual weekly and monthly target for each Sales Representative and each territory and Monitor progress against sales value and volume targets.

- Design daily and weekly route plans for Sales Representatives in his/her respective territory and Ensure route efficiency (number of planned calls and call frequency) by taking necessary actions to improve the routes.

- Ensure effective execution of company's plans at trade level.

- Increase coverage & penetration of company products in his/her area to ensure product availability.

- Ensure merchandising and display of company products and efficient use of POP materials.

- Ensure that payment terms are respected.

- Monitor and ensure product hygiene & freshness in the market.

- To ensure timely & accurate Reporting.

Requirements :

At least associate degree preferably in Sales relevant field.

- Minimum 3-5 years-experience in Pharmacy Channel sales.

- Highly developed in planning & organizing skills.

- Eager to achieve high targets.

- Excellent Decision making skills.

- Advanced level of Microsoft Office.

- Fluency in English, both verbal & written communication
