To reinforce the team in charge of Employee Services of our Operating Company Nestlé Suisse SA, we are currently looking for an Employee Life Cycle Supervisor .

Key responsibilities

Team and People Management
· Guide, advise and coach the team
Process and Continuous Improvement
· Ensure flawless execution of Employee Life Cycle processes and drive the overall continuous improvement
Business & Stakeholder partnering
· Manage stakeholders internally as well as externally with our service provider

Required Profile

· 2-3 years of experience as a Team Leader or HR Business Partner in at least a medium-size company
· Exposure to an international environment
· Bachelor degree in economics or equivalent; HR Certificate or Brevet would be a plus
· Professional fluency in both French and English (Written and Spoken), German/Swiss German will be considered a strong advantage
· Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, SAP/Time SAP or other time management systems is an asset
· Experience as change agent in continuous improvement of processes and implementation of new ways of working
