This position is the perfect opportunity for newly graduated students as a first step for a long-term career within the Nestlé Group!

In order to complete our new Order-to-Cash (O2C) team, we are currently looking for a Customer Solutions Analyst and/or Pricing Analyst.
In this position, you will help us to implement the new way of working in Customer Service. You will implement and drive the “Perfect Order” approach to gain in efficiency and to win in Customer satisfaction. You will work along the entire O2C process, resolve issues, and provide guidance for the day-today operations.

Key responsibilities
· Understand and work with the new O2C processes from demand capture, order fulfillment, billing to returns and refusals
· Understand and resolve all process failures within defined service levels
· Contact and collaborate with Customers to improve their satisfaction
· Drive and encourage continuous improvement meeting all internal and external KPI's
· Manage relationships with key stakeholders in the Market and CoS in Lisbon to ensure the quality and processes are meeting the business and system requirements
· Create and Maintain pricing components and provide guidance for the day-today operations related to pricing and promotions
· Lead and support process optimization initiatives in order to improve invoice accuracy in the O2C process.

Required Profile
· Bachelor or Master Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance or Engineering
· Previous experience in business/accounting or sales finance as asset
· Comfortable working in transformation and change environments
· Fluent in French, German and English
