Position Summary


This position is responsible for providing customer support and liaising between Sales, Trade Marketing and Sales Finance to support business objectives in an effective and timely manner.

Major Responsibilities
· Provides sales support as directed by the Sales needs including but not limited to the Nutrition Services Group
· Prepares and polishes presentations as directed.
· Provide support for monthly Sales Scorecards and Executive summary.
· Reconciliation of spend and programs with Monthly Financials.
· Monitors additional payments and sales budgets by maintaining progress and status, and advising VP Nutrition as appropriate.
· Responsible for the preparation and communication of sales programs and information as needed.
· Coordinating the translation of all Sales Information to the Field, if necessary
· Prepare P.O.S. material as required
· Provide a key point of contact between Field Sales and Head Office
· Responsible for quarterly and weekly reports and distributes to all staff within the Group in order to analyze performance
· Preparation of custom reports as required on an ad-hoc basis
· Export and manipulate data from system to prepare reports on a customized basis as directed
· Ensure integrity of data in spreadsheets and reports.
· Prepare reports in a manner suitable for presentation.
· Interact with Territory and Regional Managers to handle enquiries and issues related to products and escalate issues or problems to the appropriate staff as required.
· Performs other administrative duties as required, such as
· Coordinates Meeting logistics (i.e. Departmental Meetings)
· Coordinate planning and logistics for lunch'n learns, CE events, regional conferences, Playbook and trade shows
· Respond to sales request and support department initiatives with quarterly meetings and minutes
· Vacation and absentee reporting
· Travel arrangements
· Storage needs, including product samples and supply replenishment
· Manage 3rd party storage facilities inventory and controls
· Assists in the development of and tracks the administrative/spending budget for department and brand plans:
· Tracks and reconciles actual spending against brand budgets through the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool within SAP.
· Prepares and ensures payment of departmental invoices, including managing accruals, validates invoices and processes PO's in SAP.
· Ensures compliance of spending authorizations / processes and escalates non-compliant.
· Provides updates and reports for all budgets to team members on a monthly basis.
· Work cross-functionally within the scope of the Business Operations team as needed.
· Qualifications
· Ideal candidate is fluently bilingual (English/French) – excellent oral and written skills.
· Completion of a Community College diploma or University Degree (2-3 years) in Business Administration.
· 3-5 years of administrative support experience with familiarity of the sales function.
· Strong interpersonal skills, analytical skills, detail oriented, thorough, and ability to handle multiple priorities and constant interruptions.
· Intermediate MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills.
