Actively develop and educate Barista’s out of home channel on Nestle Professional product value propositions, recipe solutions and variety in product application with focus on our R&G solutions. To support the trade in customer engagements and join in the field for Demo’s and discussions.
Your responsibilities would be to:
To organize and manages customer demonstration days in the field and our Customer Engagement Centre.
To understand the out of home environment and target market and advises on a new and better ways of interacting and driving awareness and usage of Nestle Professional product, while supporting the marketing team to constantly update and improve our sales tools.
To be the technical advisors and trainer to the customers (Barista’s in out of home channel).
To keep abreast of latest industry trends and understand customer requirements in order to recommend menu development.
You must have the following:
Degree in Marketing & Business Administration.
More than 3 years of working experience as Barista
Experience in Beverage menu planning and management
Speaks English & Malay ( Mandarin is an advantage )
