Responsibilities
Role Purpose
The Manager of Commerce Strategy & Growth is responsible for supporting the development and leading the execution of strategies to grow the business through new channels, categories and product lines. The successful candidate will play a critical role in helping Craftsy achieve our growth goals by unlocking and expanding new sources of customers and revenue.
Responsibilities
· Work cross-functionally and externally to execute high-impact opportunities to grow the business, especially through the development and expansion of new sales and distribution channels.
· Research and build business cases for new growth opportunities and create financial models to support forecasting and prioritization decisions.
· Build and leverage relationships with buyers and account representatives in retailers and online marketplaces and create presentations and proposals to win new business opportunities.
· Develop an omnichannel assortment strategy that will optimize sales growth in external channels based on their customer profiles and business goals without cannibalizing the core Craftsy.com business.

Qualifications/Requirements
Basic Qualifications
• A minimum of 3+ years of business experience with increasing strategic and executional responsibility in a high-visibility, high-stakes environment where your work created measurable and meaningful outcomes.
• A demonstrated ability to solve challenging business problems from beginning to end, leveraging intra-team, cross-functional and external relationships to achieve goals.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a track record of building and managing internal and external relationships to achieve business objectives.
• Highly capable of managing a varied and shifting workload with multiple competing priorities in a changing environment, all with a positive, forward-looking attitude.
• Advanced Excel skills and advanced skills creating business presentations in PowerPoint or Slides.
