Responsibilities

·  Learn and absorb knowledge about the finance and accounting for the Golf business, including shadowing various individuals outside of the direct manager and direct day-to-day team members.

·  Prepare, post and organize monthly journal entries as part of monthly and quarterly close in accordance with GAAP.

·  Assist in submitting invoices in our AP system SNAP for production events and entering those payments on the budget sheets for tracking purposes.

·  Prepare and reconcile payments for various programs within the GolfNow business, which require payments to the individual golf courses.

·  Assist in the reconciliation of the fixed asset register to the sub-ledger inventory system to ensure accuracy in the financial records

·  Submit requests for new vendor setups.

·  Assist in clean-up projects of outstanding balances due to golf courses that we have been unsuccessful at remitting.

·  Work with team to manage the AR balances.

·  Assist accounting team with various ad-hoc reporting requests, account analysis and other duties as needed to support the monthly and quarterly close process.

·  Assist with the budget presentation and back up documentation.
