Responsibilities
NBCUniversal International Distribution is responsible for the distribution of NBCUniversal product to all forms of television and new media to over 200 territories outside of the U.S. and Canada. This includes a rich library of more than 4,200 feature films and 110,000 television episodes, including current and classic titles, non-scripted programming, sports, news, long-form and short-form programming, and locally produced content from around the world. International Distribution is a division of Comcast NBCUniversal.

Qualifications/Requirements
KEY RESPONSIBILITES
• Review and analyze client contractual and technical requirements in order to fulfill material requirements. Distribution of, but not limited to, transmission and publicity materials (tapes, files, subtitles, audio tracks) to broadcasters in adherence to all contract specifications.
• Managing client relationships and all timelines working within a multi-disciplinary team.
• Responsibility for a certain set of countries and all EST, VOD, PPV, PAY and Free TV clients within these territories.
• Liaison with international vendors to order a varied number of elements depending on client requirements.
• Liaise with shipping agents in London and L.A. to ensure materials are dispatched in a timely fashion.
• Research and locate elements to fulfil client requirements.
• Monitor license term for end date and requests return of broadcast materials.
• Liaise with sales offices to resolve any issues, which may arise with the delivery of materials.
• Working with sales, finance, legal and technical departments.
• Assist on ad hoc projects and perform other related duties as requested by Management.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Essential Skills:
• Experience in a video and film technical, digital file environment is essential.
• The ability to liaise internationally and client services experience.
• The ability to work on own initiative, prioritize workload, manage tight deadlines and good time management skills.
• An understanding of database systems and computer literate in word processing and spreadsheet packages.
• Good organisational skills and flexibility are essential.
• Good teamworking skills.
Desirable Skills:
• Fluency in another European Language
