Natixis Global Asset Management ($874.5 billion AUM as of June 30, 2016) is a multi-affiliate organization that offers a single point of access to more than 20 specialized investment firms in the Americas, Europe and Asia.

The Product Development team, within the distribution platform NGAM International Distribution, is responsible for the evolution of the fund ranges, which are domiciled in Luxembourg, Dublin, France and the UK. This includes the launch and creation of new funds as well as the management of the range. 

Poste et missions

   Début : Dès que possible

- Help in the coordination of the implementation of creation / modification / maintenance operations

   - Refer to and work closely with Legal and Portfolio Management teams to finalise legal documents (prospectus, Key Investor Information Document) to be submitted to regulatory authorities (CSSF, CBI, AMF or FCA)

   - Assist in the coordination the entire project in accordance with the calendar, till the operational implementation

   - Help to ensure open and effective communication between all project contributors

   - Help to furnish all relevant information to the Product Marketing team for the creation of presentation materials

- Support the team overall in leading updates to presentation materials and collateral that support the whole team. This is key to ensuring the team continues to work in an efficient manner. This includes, but is not limited to:

   - Updating team presentations with new team members/changing responsibilities

   - Providing support to ensure the timely set up of meetings, maintaining team email address lists etc

   - Providing support on collation of team metrics and statistics .

- In close collaboration with the Product Development Managers and Product Specialists , the intern will assist in the preparation of case files for the International Product Committee, the main internal governance structure

- In the case of implementing a new strategy:

   - Participate in the positioning of the product within our offerings and our direct competitors,

   - Help estimate potential inflows and prepare initial investor closing / seeding

   - Assist in defining the product features and investment strategy  (management strategy and objective, risk-return profile, authorised instruments, etc.)

- In the case of modifying an existing fund, creating new share classes or registering the fund in new countries:

   - Assist in the analysis of the operation’s financial impact

   - Assist in the analysis the operation’s impacts on the investor base (current shareholders) of the fund

- In all cases:

   - Assist in the study of the initiative’s impacts with Sales, Portfolio Management teams, Legal, Risk, Compliance, Operations and Finance

   - Assist in the establishment of an estimated timeline

Profil recherché

Profil et compétences requises

Graduate / post-graduate student (Sciences Po, Business School or University) in Management, Finance, Economic and Financial Engineering or Marketing, you would like to gain experience  working within a global asset management company.

You are component with all MS Office products (including Excel). You are fully bilingual in English.
Rigor, independence, adaptability, excellent communication and interpersonal skills will be real assets to succeed in this internship.
