Poste et missions

1. Organization

Natixis Credit Structuring desk is part of Credit Trading. The team consists today of 4 persons. The activity consists of designing and brining up to the commercialization stage of new credit products for the investors as well as liability side structures. The team works in collaboration with the trading team of 2 whose role is to manage risks and the sales whose role is to identify possible clients and push the solutions/products to the clientele.

The work covers areas like:
- Identifying payout structures
- Building pricing models in co-operation with quants
- Booking methods
- Legal and documentation
- Accounting
- Regulatory treatment
 

2. Trainee Tasks & Profile

The person will be asked to contribute to multiple structuring tasks at
a. Structure/solution conception phase
b. Commercializing phase
c. Execution phase

The work can include tasks like:
- Contributing to transaction presentations for in-house validation purposes and client use.
- Collecting and organizing existing and new terms sheets.
- Producing terms sheets under the base prospectus.
- Contributing to the production of “product fact sheet” for clients.
- Contribute to the “product fact sheet” for the intra-team use.

Profil recherché

Profil et compétences requises

Expected training : Bac + 4, Rather in Commercial, engineering, financing.

Language skills : fluent english

Other skills : Some knowledge of the financial markets (quantitative, legal and regulatory) and ability to produce high quality documentation and presentations.
