Poste et missions
You join the Department of CIB Global Business Management at the Unit Client Services as Client Services Onboarding Officer.
The role of the Client Services Onboarding Officer is to facilitate onboarding process and reduce time to market by ensuring strong coordination and demonstrating pushing initiative towards stakeholders.
The main mission is to optimize the on-boarding process by:
· Ensuring Global coordination of the on-boarding process :
· Sponsorship of process enhancements
· Follow-up of process efficiency
· Production of KPI’s
· Prioritizing requests by consulting Front Office management
· Be Front Office’s main interlocutor to follow-up requests’ progress status (vetting, risk, legal) and move forward
· Sponsoring the on-boarding tool rebuilt project
Your main internal & external relations are:
· Front Office Global Markets, Global Transaction Banking, Coverage
· Support Functions :
· Risk Department
· Legal Department
· Compliance
· MOA/ MOE IT Client
Profil et compétences requises
General skills requested :
· Good communication skills
· Motivated, autonomous, dynamic and reactive
· Ability to synthesize and go to the point
· Ability for team work
· Skills in office tools
· Good level of English
In addition, you have a good knowledge of CIB products and on-boarding process.
With a superior training (Specialization Bank-finance), you have an experience in the Bank, the Insurance or Funds.
