Job Description

·  Manage agenda of Credit Committees: APCC, CCS, CCN
·  Organize Credit Committees
·  Prepare APCC PVs and obtain signatures
·  Keep records of credit committee decisions
·  Keep records of files presented
·  Organize watch-list committees
·  Prepare APCC PVs and obtain signatures
·  Keep records of Watch-list committee decisions
·  Keep records of watch-list file presented
·  Keep statistics on department activities
·  Circulate decision records to the relevant parties
·  Circulate files to the relevant parties
·  Various other administrative tasks and on demand tasks
·  Organize ad-hoc committees when required and justified

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

·  English/Chinese
·  Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
