About the job
Our engineers are passionate about thinking out of the box and suggest the right solutions at the right time. If you have a good idea, we'll provide you the environment where it will be possible to create a great product for our customer experience. You will integrate the manufacturing division whose in charge of stabilization and optimization of automotive parts. This includes launching new plastic products and process. Your leadership will be useful to create automotive tomorrow’s products. In the team, your following responsibilities will be to:
- Ensure reporting to maintain manufacturing documentation and work instructions.
- Implement molding standards, test and validate technical solutions.
- Participate in continuous improvement by reducing downtime and increase productivity.
- Train and coach plastic engineers and technicians
- Coordinate project delivery, forecasting, compliance against client and engineering specifications.
About you
- You hold a Master degree in mechanics/engineering
- You have a relevant experience around 2 years in methods with injection or blowing or extrusion knowledge
- You are fluent in English and French
