Chef de projet Informatique Magasins - Client final international et réputé – Lille, CDI, Opportunité rare ! 55-65 k€ selon profil et expérience Nous cherchons un Chef de projet déploiement IT Magasins (H/F) pour une société de très grande qualité, acteur internationalement reconnu et réputé dans son secteur d'activité. Le Groupe compte plusieurs dizaines de milliers de collaborateurs répartis dans le monde. Vos responsabilités seront d’assurer le delivery de projets informatiques retail / magasins complexes et variés, et de fournir l'appui technique et le support nécessaire aux projets d’Infrastructure téléphonie, réseaux, etc. Vous serez en charge de la mise en œuvre, du pilotage, et de la livraison des projets en magasins ainsi que de contrôler quotidiennement leur avancée au regard de leur coût, leur durée, et leur qualité. Vous agirez en tant que référent de premier niveau pour toutes les questions liées aux projets Magasins au sein de votre entité et serez responsable de la résolution des problèmes et de leurs traitements. Vous garantirez la cohérence des pratiques de gestion de projet IT, ainsi que les processus et procédures relatives au niveau du Groupe. Ce poste nécessite un anglais courant et idéalement mais pas nécessairement une connaissance de l’Informatique déploiement Magasins / IT Service Delivery Stores. Vos missions seront les suivantes (en anglais) : The IT Site Services Project Manager will be responsible for : - Project Managing IT / Telephony Infrastructure for IT Project Works / Roll-Outs / Deployments into the Group OPCO’s and liaising with all of the involved IT teams, Internal OPCO Work-Streams, External Suppliers as necessary for the duration of the projects. - Project Managing all of the changes and upgrades to the IT / Telephony Infrastructure that take place in the Group OPCO Stores as part of business projects, liaising with all of the involved IT teams, Internal OPCO Work-Streams, External Suppliers as necessary for the duration of the projects. - Project Managing infrastructure installations into new sites, revamps / remodels, ‘rightsizes’ and closures. There are two main areas that the Site Services Project Delivery Manager (SS DM) will work in: - New Infrastructure Implementation / Deployments. Here the SS DM is involved in new systems from the early development stages. Working in conjunction with project development teams, systems support teams and user representatives. The SS DM would be responsible for the design and delivery of the Pilot and Roll-Out phases of the project according to IT implementation best practice, policies and procedures. The SS DM will manage selected representatives of appropriate External Supplier Partners during the implementation. This type of activity is governed by business plans and budgets that are subject to change as a result of development challenges, or due to changing business requirements - New Site Openings, Site Closures, Store Revamps and General Infrastructure Implementation Projects in OPCO Stores, Distributed Sites. Here the SS DM will be responsible for the project management of all systems installation activity and will work in conjunction with Finance & Procurement Support for the necessary procurement of hardware, software and installation services. Subsequently, the SS DM will work closely with any IT / OPCO Department teams as required, and will manage selected representatives of the appropriate External Supplier Partners. Facts and Figures : - The Site services Team currently consists of staff and contractors. Some are office based, some are field based. This IT Site Services Delivery Manager role is office based and sometimes works ‘in the field’. - Complexity of projects and activities varies across the range of store systems, so SS DM will be expected to manage various projects / activities simultaneously. - Work and communicate with teams comprising of a wide variety of individuals at all levels. - Work in conjunction with the team Finance, Procurement and Programme support to ensure expenditure is maintained within agreed budgets. - Ensure day-to-day management of External Supplier Partners and their representatives is maintained. - Assist where required with the induction and support of new starters and new contractors to the team. - Complexity of projects, activities and infrastructure varies widely across our OPCOs. New Infrastructure Implementation / Deployments: - Establish contact with the development teams during the early stages of all assigned projects to ensure that all aspects of the implementation methodology are understood and planned for. - Work with the Development and Design teams, OPCO contacts, IT Support teams and External Supplier Partners to produce an implementation process that fully supports the agreed project delivery standards and timescales. - During the Pilot and Roll-Out phases, manage the day-to-day activity of External Supplier Partner installation engineers, ensuring that timescales are met and high standards are maintained, while reporting on progress, adherence to budget, etc. - Ensure External Supplier Partner installation engineers comply with agreed on-site Health and Safety regulations and IT Policies. - Where necessary, and in conjunction with the Site Services Project Coordinator, Site Services Specialist roles , Commercial P2P and Finance, manage the agreement process for relevant invoices in a timely manner, so as to avoid late payments to suppliers, and subsequent inaccurate financial reporting. - Organise a Post Implementation Review (PIR) Meeting after each project to gather feedback to stimulate constant process review thus ensuring continued best practice. New Store Openings, Store Closures, Store Revamps and General Infrastructure Installation Projects in OPCO Stores, Distributed Sites, etc : - Establish relationship with the relevant Business Project teams by organising initial meeting to present planned IT activities at the site. - In conjunction with the Project Coordinator/P2P, purchase appropriate approved hardware and software, and schedule appropriate installation services. - Work with the IT and OPCO project teams and all relevant support teams to produce plans that support the scheduled store/site delivery dates. - Manage the day-to-day activity of External Supplier Partner installations, ensuring that timescales are met and high standards are maintained, while monitoring compliance with agreed on-site Health and Safety regulations. - Manage all IT related issues to ensure their rapid resolution, whilst maintaining excellent levels of communication to all interested parties both during resolution of the problem, and afterwards to confirm that the issue has been resolved. - Where necessary, and in conjunction with the Project Coordinator, manage the agreement process for relevant invoices in a timely manner, so as to avoid late payments to suppliers, and subsequent inaccurate financial reporting. - Organise a Post Implementation Review (PIR) Meeting after each project to gather feedback to stimulate constant process review thus ensuring continued best practice. Votre profil : - At least 3 years’ experience in managing IT project deployments / rollouts and/or managing IT works for Retail new stores, revamps, closures and Distributed Sites (Stock DC’s, Contact Centres for example). - A good understanding of IT systems infrastructure and how to manage their installation and changes (WAN, LAN, WLAN, EPOS, Server, Client, Print, etc.) - Proven experience of managing more than one project / activity simultaneously. - Evidence of planning and organisational skills. - Evidence of achievements with minimal supervision, together with the temperament to work on sites that are remote from the head office. - Evidence of capability to work under pressure of strict budgets and timescales. - Behavioural competency levels reflecting good social skills including verbal and written communication with all levels, effective liaison, team working at all levels of the business, and a high level of energy and drive. - A self-motivated and flexible team player. - Fluent English and French speaker. Vous bénéficiez donc d’une expérience significative de minimum 3 ans, en tant que Chef de projet Informatique Magasins, idéalement acquise dans un cadre international, avec les principaux processus ITIL structurés dans un environnement de grande entreprise, sur des projets d’Infrastructures télécoms et réseaux. - Vous connaissez le cycle de vie complet d’un projet informatique dans le cadre de projets d’IT Magasins. - De fortes compétences ITIL sont un vrai plus (Certification ITIL Fondamentaux et idéalement ITIL Praticien). Vous pouvez connaître Prince 2 ou des méthodologies de gestion de projet équivalentes. - Une expérience en gestion de services, gestion des relations avec des clients internes dans un environnement multinational, de préférence dans un contexte multi-pays. - Vous avez été exposé à un environnement informatique large et complexe (infrastructure, applications, middleware, ERP). - Vous avez la capacité d'influencer afin d’obtenir des résultats positifs et d'établir des relations de travail efficaces avec les clients internes, les pairs et les fournisseurs externes. Vous savez vulgariser un langage technique. - Vous avez des connaissances techniques suffisantes permettant d’évaluer l'impact de changements sur les services business, et une capacité à comprendre des environnements infrastructure et applicatifs complexes. - Capacité à comprendre rapidement l’environnement technique dans lequel vous opérez. Esprit créatif, capable de résoudre des problèmes complexes - Personnalité proactive, pragmatique, agile, et orientée client. Esprit d’équipe.
