JOB DESCRIPTION

Their role will be to drive sales, offer the highest levels of customer service, an excellent product, and help manage inventory, upholding the company's image and creating a loyal customer base.
Primary Responsibilities: 
- Communicate and support company guidelines
- Help manage sales to maximize results
- Stock control 
- Help manage product
- Execute company visual merchandising guidelines 
- Maintain operational performance of the store
- Consistently anticipate store  needs 
- Build a strong customer database

PROFILE
- Fashion experience
- Strong leadership and communication and organization
skills - Ability to handle multiple tasks in a demanding and constantly evolving retail environment
- Have flexibility in working hours due to the demands of the position
- Ability to work independently without the supervision of a person in charge
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Possess the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and carry out valid conclusions
- Great customer service skills
