Job description:
Key Account Management (KAM) initiatives have been launched for the last 3 years to develop a collaborative plan for progressive improvement in the technical & in quality compliance (GMP: Good Manufacturing Practices and GDP: Good Distribution Practices) areas to defend our brands and to leverage local competencies at the level of Merial/Boehringer Ingelheim (BI) quality standards. The KAM Team is developing dedicated initiatives to align with both Merial/BI Animal Health (AH) & partners expectations.
Monitor implementation of Merial Quality & Technical improvement plans & recommendations:
Generally :
- Advise & answer to operational questions when necessary to ensure Merial/BI recommendations are being implemented acting as a local relay.
 
- Monitor progress against target for all actions recommended by our Corporate Quality & Industrial Departments and ensure regular communication/reports to the KAM Team. Alert when deviations occurs & propose corrective actions appropriately.
 
- Animate the sharepoint platform to share news & pictures, ask questions & report progression of actions.
Specifically
- Support the start-up of the new Navetco vaccine facility by being involved in the operational trainings: contribute to design training plans, executing training to technicians (theoretical & practical parts), supervising overall progresses
maintenance: supporting/drafting maintenance plans, propose equipment needed qualification: contribute to designing qualification/validation plans, ensuring operational follow-up, drafting reports documentation: drafting key necessary documentation (related to quality system, manufacturing process, maintenance and qualification).
 
- Monitor implementation of anti-counterfeited solution:
Monitor progress against target for all actions recommended by our Corporate HSE Department Advise & answer to operational questions when necessary to ensure Merial recommendations are being implemented.
Monitor Business supply aspects to ensure alignment between orders & product + anti-counterfeited solution deliveries
Profile:
Education: BAC + 5 Engineer or graduated from University master
Experience: Preliminary experience required of 1-2 years in biotechnology-based industries, including biopharmaceutical, veterinary, agricultural, or chemical companies.
Good communication and project management skills also are imperative.
An international business mind-set and experience (or internship) of working internationally is preferred.
