Job description
Sales Support Representative
Your role:
· Bidding and sales related documents support
· Sales contract/dealer agreement support
· New customer application
· Key account invoice management
· Maintain whole order fulfillment process on customer purchase platform
· Quotation support for specific customers
· Sales rebate check and calculation
· Daily order support (price check, record, related document preparation, etc) and other tasks assigned by manager
Who you are:
· 2-5 years experience in a Sales Department/Customer Service Organization
· Hands on experience with ERP and CRM systems
· Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel
· In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
· Analytical and multitasking skills
· Teamwork and motivational skills
· Excellent communication in written English with good communication skills
· BS degree in Biochemical or associates degree in relevant field a plus
