Job Title- Resource Administrator for Marketing and Sales IT Applications

Job Location- Electronic City, Bangalore

Job Description:

As Resource & Portfolio Administrator for the IT unit Marketing and Sales you manage the coordination of the

·  Reporting of IT Marketing and Sales Portfolio
·  Purchase Order requisitions, reporting and followup
·  Maintaining the service Runbook (Financial Planning)
·  Collaborate internally and with other department of IT and Business.
·  the onboarding activities
·  external resources hiring
·  Other activities as required

Qualification, Skills and Experience:

Experience: 1-3 years

Basic experience, knowledge and understanding of

·  Bachelor’s Degree preferably from Finance or  computer science
·  Experience on Office 365 (Excel, Word, PPT)
·  Creative and willing to come up with new ideas
·  Profound English skills verbally and in written
