The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Process Engineer to join our Irvine team on a 3 years fixed term contract, you will Identify process optimisation opportunities, supporting business justifications and implementation. You will also prepare change control records, user requirements specifications, design scope documents and drawings for process improvements and capital projects. Other duties of the role include;

Develop process monitoring metrics to maintain GMP compliance of manufacturing processes.

Apply engineering and process innovations to reduce ergonomic stress to operators.
·
Support capital projects implementation.
·
Support stakeholders in developing SOPs for new processes and equipment.
·
Lead the root cause analysis on technical incidents and product failures, aid in the development of corrective and preventive actions in coordination with Production and Quality.
·
Review data that supports investigations for both internal and external customers.
·
Support digital roadmap implementation.

Who you are
· Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering with 3-5 years related experince or equivalent combination of education and experience
· Minimum of 3 years GMP manufacturing experience in industry.
· Experience of HAZOP’s and supporting action closure.
· Enjoy working as part of a team
· Process control systems/ software experience.
· Hands-on experience with process equipment.
· Experience of processing plant design/ commissioning/ validation/ optimisation in a GMP environment.
· Knowledge of facility systems such as PW, WFI, CIP, SIP and HVAC is desirable
