职位描述:
日常工作
·        根据市场情况,利用客户管理系统为工具,来制定地区销售目标和行动计划
·        定期检查和核准工作计划以便更好地达到销售目标
·        规划、组织区域学术活动
·        指导代表建立、保持与区域内学科带头人的良好关
·        保持与经销商的联系和合作,保证供货渠道畅通,避免断货。
·        协助大区销售经理/大区销售总监完成销售策略的制定
·         执行公司市场及策略相关活动
·        与市场部、医学部和公司其他各部门沟通合作,执行公司的策略
·        提供市场的信息,包括医疗保险目录的进展、竞争对手的活动等等
·         熟练掌握销售技巧和演讲技巧并运用到工作中
·         熟练掌握产品及相关知识并在每天的工作中运用
项目及大客户管理
·         根据客户需求,设计执行项目类工作,并带领团队良好的执行
·        和区域内大客户保持良好关系
·         和区域学协会组织保持良好关系
工作态度
·        体现公司的学术形象
·        按时、准确地上交报告
·        参加由公司组织的培训活动
·        对公司文化价值观的以身作则的传递,能够在公司大的价值观原则下建立正向的团队文化
管理工作
·        与每个代表讨论和沟通一个清楚,详细的工作目标和工作描述
·        和每个代表讨论制订每年的工作目标,并至少半年作一次绩效评估,
·        指导代表运用客户管理体系来确定最佳的资源的分配
·        帮助代表学习产品知识及相关专业知识,提高销售技巧
·        把主要的工作时间放在代表的指导拜访,指导拜访的频率要达到公司的要求
·        及时准确的传达公司的信息、政策、制度等给每个代表
·        负责所管辖团队的人员招聘,解雇,提升和发展,对员工做职业发展规划辅导

任职要求:
医药及相关专业大专以上学历,具备工作所需要的一定英语听说读写能力
熟练掌握产品知识,了解相关医学知识,具备较强的业务分析、资源规划管理和团队管理能力
有相关领域经验为佳
医药推广经验5年以上,医药销售管理经验不低于2年
