Manufacturing Technician 1

Your Role

The Manufacturing Technician I position will work in a cleanroom environment and adhere to cGMP batch records and SOPs to support the manufacturing of viral vector products. Employees will support projects in conjunction with other GMP Manufacturing personnel (Leads, Supervisors, Managers). Employees are expected to prepare suites for manufacturing, to document deviations, and to operate in a safe and compliant manner.

 

Who You Are

Basic Qualifications:

·  Bachelor of Science degree or High School Diploma or GED or Associates degree and minimum of 6 months of GMP or manufacturing work experience.
·  6 months experience reading and understand cGMP/GDP concepts and SOPs

 

Preferred Qualifications:

·  1+ years’ experience with preparation of production or clean rooms preferred
·  1+ years’ experience with transport of buffers/media and materials throughout the Cleanroom Facility preferred
·  1+ years’ experience with performing Vial inspection of Final Product preferred
·  1+ years’ experience with preparation of Tubing Assembly and use of the Autoclave preferred
·  Working knowledge of desktop computers and technical equipment
·  Experience with Support Buffer Formulation and Fills preferred
