Internship LC-MS (m/w/d)

Your role:


Liquid Chromatography is one of the fundamental techniques needed to analyze and also purify complex sample material. The lab your new position is located in uses (U)HPLC, (HP)TLC, SFC, IC and other techniques hyphenated to various detection options (UV/DAD, RI, MS e.g. QTOF, SingleQuad & Ion Trap), ELSD to analyze samples from all of business sectors. In your position you will work on novel sample preparation technologies that are needed to enrich trace amounts of contaminations in different samples. You will further support the HR-MS team to develop methods to analyze those compounds. The position includes support of other ongoing analytical projects, too.


Who you are:

•             You have excellent organization and communication skills
•             Good English and/or German skills.
•             Experience with liquid chromatography and solid phase extraction is a plus.
•             Background in chemistry, biology or related sciences.
•             You are interested in in instrumental analytical methods and analytical chemistry

The position is limited for one year and the candidate should be willing to start 1st of January or February 2020.
