Engineering Supervisor

Your Role:

An exciting new opportunity has arisen to join the company as an Engineering Supervisor. This role will provide guidance to the production engineering group and coordinate engineering team members to complete ongoing tasks and projects. You will also work with the Quality team to perform Failure Analysis and contribute to 5Y and 8D processes. You will coordinate all maintenance activities on production equipment to ensure they are performed in a timely manner and take care that inspections of new incoming containers are carried out and release to manufacturing. You will work closely with the EHS team to assist with various EHS activities and any proposed CAPA actions.

 

Who You Are:

 

Minimum Qualifications:

·  Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering or Engineering field.
·  3+ years supervisory experience in a manufacturing/production environment

 

Preferred Qualifications:

·  Experience supervising technical personnel.
·  Solid engineering background with hands-on experience.
·  Excellent interpersonal skills in order to communicate on complex and technical issues.
·  Experience in comprehending CAD software drawings, such as Solidworks.
·  Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc).
·  Strong verbal and written communication skills.
·  Expertise in handling pyrophoric materials, acids, solvents etc. with detailed knowledge on environment and safety regulations.
·  Knowledge of working in high vacuum and glove box environments.
