Customer Support New project implementation - Spanish Speaker

Your Role : As Integration Specialist, you will be working in a dynamic european team focused on delivering best-in-class customer support during the integration of the new legal entity. This new team will be formed by seven integration specialists located in our multinational Amsterdam office for a 6 month contract. A high work ethic and professionalism allows you to appropriately represent the company to our customers. You will be responsible for being the first point of contact for business integration questions and ensuring each transaction is processed within the company guidelines. In this position you will proactively contact key customers before our New ERP Go Live to inform them about the change of Legal Entity and will handle requests linked to the integration of our new erps. Responsibilites include managing invoice rejection linked to our new system, re-submission of PO and invoices on customers portal, handle invoice correction linked to the change of legal entity. An open mindset and enthusasim for cross functional interactions & support will allow you to greatly perform within the role.

 

Who You Are :

·  You have previous experience in Customer Service/Credit Collection/Customer Care.
·  Fluency in Spanish as well as English.
·  You can take initiative, think outside the box and solve problems in a timely manner.
·  Knowledge of SAP is preferred.
·  You have previous experience working in an international environment.
·  You have great organisational skills and ability to prioritize.
·  You are flexible with the work schedule to meet the needs of the organization.
