As HR Generalist at Mercer Sweden you will develop, manage and coordinate internal HR related activities. You will work closely with the local leaders to attract, develop and retain talent. Based in Mercer's central office in Stockholm you will work with a wide range of HR issues on an operational basis.

You will;
· Manage and coordinate recruitment processes
· Advice managers and employees on corporate policy and practice and make sure it is aligned with local legislation
· Help our sibling company Marsh AB with HR administrative tasks (30%)
· Act super user in PeopleSoft (HR system) and any other related HR systems
· Main contact towards external payroll provider
· Reporting responsibilities to HR in Europe

Desired profile

·  1-3 years of experience from similar work, experience from HR and payroll work preferred
·  Education within HR
·  Proficient in Swedish and English
·  Proficiency in Microsoft Office

As a person you are a self-going, proactive person with high energy. You have the ability to prioritize tasks and are well structured and organized. You also have strong communication and relationship-building skills.
