SOCIAL MEDIA COORDINATOR

Mercer is seeking a Social Media Coordinator to communicate our brand message in a positive, authentic way asserting our expertise in social media and driving conversations that matter to our clients.

Responsibilities
· Build visibility and credibility by engaging in dialogues and answering questions or triaging where appropriate.
· Assist in the creation and publishing of relevant, original, high-quality content and help drive the success of Mercer's social media employee advocacy program.
· Monitor, listen and engage with our social media communities in a “Social” way to grow audience and content reach.
· Manage all aspects of our social media listening technology – reporting on share of voice, etc.
· Assist in administration of social media advocacy and social selling programs.
· Analyse, review, and report on effectiveness of social media campaigns in an effort to maximize results.

Desired profile

· 1-2 years of social media or relevant digital marketing experience.
· University degree in marketing, business, etc.
· Very good command of written and spoken English.
· A strong written communicator.
· Exceptional organizational skills to manage and prioritize daily work schedules.
· Knowledge and experience with social paid media tactics and applications in driving business objectives.
· Knowledge of content marketing theory and application.
· Knowledge of web analytics and CRM tools – Marketo, Salesforce, etc.
· Basic HTML and Photoshop skills while not required will be consider a plus.
