Job description
Mission of the Role: Supports the HR team in line with the competencies of their position and applying company people management policies, processes and tools, always focused on guaranteeing a positive experience for employees and candidates during the different stages of the employee life cycle.
Job Summary: manage all the aspects related to the HR Soft activities for the 4 hotels in Milan.
What will you have to do?
* Manage the entire Recruiting process;
* Create, maintain and consolidate the relationships with High Schools and Universities;
* Organize activities for employees (Birthday Breakfast, Seniority Awards, Inductions, etc.);
* Manage the organization of classes about Health & Safety, HACCP, First Aid etc.;
* Manage the defferent requests coming from internal and external "clients".
What we are looking for:
* Degree in Humanistics Subjects; a Degree or a Master in HR would be a plus;
* Very good English; the knowledge of another language would be a plus;
* Flexibility;
* Team oriented attitude.
