Job description

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB (BRIEF SUMMARY):

·  Manage and coordinate Sales Representatives and Distributors in the Nordic Countries, Poland and Baltics

·  Maintain and grow existing Advanced Energy business in the market segments of Spine, Surgical Oncology, Orthopaedics and Plastics through personal customer sales calls and clinical evaluations.
·  Work with colleagues in Medtronic RTG to generate opportunities in Spine & Brain and convert them into sales through customer sales calls and clinical evaluations.
·  Work with local Medtronic CRDM team(s) and ensure that they have the tools necessary to introduce the Peak Plasma blade successfully into the market for use in implantable box changes. Train and support them with initial evaluations and provide on-going support.
·  Achieve AOP targets.

·  Currently there are 2 sales representatives that this position will have direct management responsibilities for – following the successful growth of the NBP region in AE there is an expectation that this headcount will increase.
