Personal Assistant/ Executive Administrative Assistant – Prague, Czech Republic
We are looking for a driven, pro-active and professional Personal Assistant/ Executive Administrative Assistant, who will support the Vice President MITG MEACAT (Middle East, Central Asia & Turkey) in all administrative and secretarial activities.
As the Personal Assistant to Vice President, you will be performing duties, which by nature of the position include high-level contacts, and exposure to sensitive information requiring considerable use of tact, diplomacy, discretion and judgment.

Main Responsibilities
Assist the Vice President MITG with all general administration and organizational tasks
Coordinate all event activities for the region such as business reviews, leadership meetings, marketing summits, etc.
Plan all business travel for VP MITG
Prepare travel & expenses requests for VP MITG
Coordinate VP’s business calendar
Issue letters, reports, forms
Draft brief memoranda or letters of a routine nature
Proof read documents, memos, correspondence
Assist in preparation of presentations for VP
Assist in coordination of communication activities for VP
Schedule & follow up telephone calls that require action and meeting minutes
Provide logistics support (ordering of materials, office supplies, business cards)
Work with other department Assistants to ensure best practices
Perform other admin tasks as requested by VP
Desired profile
Skills & Qualifications
Highly professional and diplomatic attitude
Strong planning and organizational skills
Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to cope with demanding workload, able to multi-task and prioritize
Proactive, independent, self-sufficient attitude
Ability to build strong and long-term relationships
High school diploma or equivalent completed education
Excellent computer skills with experience of Microsoft Word/Outlook/Excel/PowerPoint
