Assoc Sales Administrator

Job description

• Support inventory management for Territory Representative: the order filing, inventory data/ delivery coordination
• Be responsible for customer calls and customer data establish & management
• Follow up payment and traveling schedule 
• Keep track of assets and documents
• Issue invoice instruction to Supply Chain Management department 
• Marketing activity support and coordination if necessary
• Back up front desk duty or other sales team members when needed
• Prepare reports (consumption report, weekly sales etc.) as requested by managers 
• Proceed payment process
• Assist BU manager in responding QMS as well as auditing
• Ad-hoc assignments / projects assigned by managers
