For our department Integrated Health Solutions in Heerlen, the Netherlands.

YOUR CHALLENGE

As a management assistant you will support the Integrated Health Solutions department with a number of identified administrative activities. Daily activities may include exposure to sensitive information requiring considerable use of tact, diplomacy, discretion and judgment. You will also be responsible for a number of administrative tasks which may include, but not limited to , facilities coordination, setting up files, ordering supplies and equipment, organizing meetings, reviewing invoices and expense submissions, But also act as an information resource on organizational policies and procedures.

This position is part time (20 hours per week)
