The Society of the Cincinnati is the United States' oldest patriotic organization, founded in 1783 by officers of the Continental Army and their French counterparts who served together in the American Revolution. Its mission is to maintain a strong partnership and friendship between France and the United States. The French branch of the Society of the Cincinnati (La Société des Cincinnati de France) has created a fellowship program along with Mazars' Group to provide international internship exchanges, specifically between France and the US, to students looking for a challenging and exciting mentoring-style opportunity to kick-start their career and gain professional experience in France.



The Innovation intern will have the opportunity to gain invaluable experience by working on global projects relating to innovation and change management across the international Mazars footprint. Working directly with the Chief Technology and Innovation Officer, the intern will help design and deliver the innovation strategy and at the same time, drive real-time projects and prototypes. The person must have excellent communication skills as s/he will work with a wide range of stakeholders including Mazars senior executives, start-ups, and innovation networks. The role will entail travel to key innovation hubs across Europe, interfacing with cross-cultural teams, and organizing international events (hackathons, seminars) to further the innovation agenda at Mazars.



The Innovation intern will have the following objectives:

- Identify new and concrete innovation opportunities for the Group by matching internal needs with new trends

- Manage a portfolio of on-going projects on an international level

- Maintain the momentum of different international teams engaged in innovation projects

- Liaise across business units, service lines, and support functions to keep key people in the know and engaged

- Communicate the innovation agenda worldwide, and grow our community of innovation ambassadors in Mazars countries

- Help design and organize international events, workshops, and seminars for innovation pro

Profil recherché

Technical skills:

1. Graduate degree or en route for graduation

2. Top notch communication and writing skills in English; Native/bilingual written and spoken English is a must (knowledge of French would be an asset)

3. Excellent working knowledge of MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint

4. A keen interest in people, communication, organizational dynamics, transformation5. Understanding of data science is a huge plus



Soft skills:

1. Open-minded, creative and dynamic

2. Can talk and walk at the same time

3. Enjoys fast-pace and multi-disciplinary work4. Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail5. Team player but also self-starter and highly autonomous



By the end of the internship, the beneficiary of the Cincinnati Fellowship is committed to:

- Make an oral presentation of his/her training under conditions that will be specified and established by La Société des Cincinnati de France in accordance with him/her;

- Provide a copy of his/her internship report to La Société des Cincinnati de France.
