CONTEXT:

Royal Canin dynamic double digit growth requires us to continually change our structures and ways of working. This is why we have set up a global project called 1NAVISION, aimed at harmonising processes and sharing business best practices by standardising, automating low value-added tasks, and enhancing governance.

In the context of one Business Process Leader starting maternity leave in October 2016 we have decided to hand over some of her responsibilities to a temporary resource, so we are seeking a Trainee/Temporary Associate to join 1NAVISION multifunctional team.

KEY RESPONSABILITIES:

The successful candidate will closely work with the other 15 business process leaders and Quality & Effectiveness Manager, Royal Canin Corporate Affairs and Accounting departments, other members of IBM team (1NAVISION global partner). He/she will have the mission to update the users training documents for the new version of the ERP, 1Navision, version 2016 and new processes, and to keep the link with corporate affairs/local teams/IBM members for different types of internal communication regarding ERP and new processes deployment.

PROFILE:

·  BAC+5, (e.g. Ecole de Commerce). MASTER 2. Double skills : information systems and business
·  Miage (Methodes Informatiques Appliquées à la Gestion des Entreprises), Ecole de Commerce ou Université, information system and financial control
·  Very good command of English, both written and spoken
·  Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office – especially PowerPoint/Excel ( expected to update training documents in PowerPoint in English)
·  Very good communication skills, dynamic, pro-active, open mind person, sociable, flexible
