Job description

The purpose of the job is to support the implementation of the MCEE M&M’s supply strategy. More specifically the objectives cover:
· Support the development of capacity and capability in Eurasia
· Shape feasible and viable supply solutions to support brand strategy with a primary focus on Eurasia markets.
· Support managing and balancing network utilization at optimum costs and addressing customer centric approach
Key responsibilities:
· Supply strategy & network management
Supply strategy development based on the strategic pillars of consumer & customer, value, sustainability and network development.
Define processes & tools to manage and balance the network utilization and cost.
Ensure that all supply solutions to support growth within the region are efficient and properly evaluated.
· Capacity and capability management
Identify and evaluate the business opportunities within the M&M’s segment in the Eurasia.
· Evaluation of new activities
Represent supply in Eurasia M&M’s market activations/launches/activities
Provide overall activity analysis in order to recommend the best supply solution for execution
Develop potential solutions through collaboration with relevant segment IE / R&D / Eng / VSMs / Site IE’s to align recommendation
· Capital Project Evaluation and writing
Large Minor– Develop supply solutions to enable business opportunities providing full business justification and financial evaluation (with support of S&F)
Provide inputs to CAB and prioritization of projects (IRR and Incr. FATR)
Education and experience:
University degree, preferably with Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Economic qualifications
Fluent written and spoken English
3 years’ experience in Supply
