Mars China Sales Efficiency Improvement (SEI) team is looking for a Sales Operation Supervisor in Shanghai.

 

As Sales Operation Supervisor, you will responsible for providing the stores execution data objectively and verifying the trade expense using compliance through team work and market visit, to find the on-going business diver points in store.   You will work to push and facilitate the sales operation standard and SOP execution and improvement in region, as well as improving regional sales team execution ability.

 

What you will do day to day?

·  To push and improve perfect store execution in region as RGSM co-pilot
·  To lead  Efex data accuracy improvement in region
·  To verify TP compliance and enhance TP efficiency under sales TP principle and SIMT direction in region
·  To track and check the national promotion activities execution
·  To lead region SEI team to implement national projects tracking and checking requirement
·  To manage, engage and coach regional SEI team
·  To provide the professional market visit reports

 

To be successful, you will need to be with the following experience and skills:-

·  Over 2-years work experience in sales execution improvement or relative experience
·  Good communication and coordination skill;
·  Good team management and engagement skill;
·  Good project management skill;
·  Excellent in MS Office skills, especially Excel & PowerPoint.
