Key Responsibilities/职位描述

1、管理成都CVS渠道,主要客户有红旗/舞东风/WOWO/老邻居/全家/屈臣氏等系统

2、制定和落实城市生意发展计划,持续稳定的达成年度、季度和每段各项业务目标及要求

3、在公司的策略指引下,跟进和达成覆盖、分销、陈列等要求,建立起完善的计划、执行、跟进、反馈流程,推动完美门店执行质量在区域不断提升,并达成目标;

4、制定团队内渠道、客户开发计划,优化区域覆盖网络,提升组织效率;

5、有效配置资源,高效率使用公司各项TP、CP资源,推动生意增长;

6、参与本区域重点客户JBP计划制定,落实各项指标的执行,高质量建立客户合作关系;

Qualifications/任职条件

1、5年以上跨国公司区域销售管理经验,熟练掌握区域管理销售运作知识和技能;

2、3年以上团队管理经验

3、熟悉成都本地市场特性,具备较强的综合渠道管理经验优先

4、有高度的工作热情和良好的团队合作精神,强烈的工作责任感;

5、思路清晰,良好的口头和书面沟通能力;

6、大专及以上学历,熟悉办公室软件操作。
