Key Responsibilities/职位描述
1. 销售/卖进谈判:执行新店/新产品/活动卖入;
2. 区域内门店陈列费、促销费的谈判;
3. 分销/布市/陈列/保养:完成分销目标;
4. 优异执行公司布市、陈列以及促销活动等各项KPI指标;
5. 促销:执行促销活动, 汇总促销数据,评估促销效果;
6. 重点零售客户及门店管理:与主要零售客户进行定期生意计划和生意回顾;
7. 指导重点客户代表对门店进行日常的维护;
8. 人员管理:设定下属的工作职责和目标;培训、辅导下属。

Qualifications/任职条件
1. 大专及以上学历,三年以上快速消费品现代渠道销售经验;
2. 具备良好的销售、谈判技巧和沟通表达能力;
3. 熟悉当地消费品零售市场,良好的客户开发及管理能力,掌握一定的谈判技巧和客情基础;
4. 具备一定的市场判断及数据分析能力;
5. 有管理及辅导销售代表的经验;
6. 积极主动, 良好的团队合作精神,优秀的政策执行能力。
