P&O Program Manager - PMO
12 Month Project Role

This project assignment role serves as a program and project manager partnering with the MyP&O Americas Leadership Team and Functional Teams through management of key initiatives and programs. This role reports into the Service & Operations Lead and provides support to deliver discipline, structure and organization to high priority P&O(HR) programs (primarily Project Experience, Strategic Priorities, Other P&O 2.0 Initiatives) in order to deliver results for the MyP&O Americas Organization.

What we are looking for:

·  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; preferably in human resources, consumer products, manufacturing.
·  3 to 5 Years of relevant work experience including HR Shared Services, particularly employee-facing portal initiatives, transactions and service.
·  Project and program management
·  Navigating systems, resources and processes
·  Striving for continuous improvement
·  Understanding of risk assessment and contingency planning.
·  Effective communication skills including:
·  Synthesizing qualitative updates across various teams into clear and concise updates for respective audiences
·  Customizing messages to suit the audience from peers through senior management
·  Strong organization skills, thoughtful decision making and ability to think on your feet
·  Familiarity with HR processes and practices
·  Independent, pro-active self-starter who can work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
·  Balance of technical knowledge and business acumen
·  Comfortable working across cultures and time zones to get results through project teams in an international operating environment
·  Experience on projects requiring change management or transformational process and organization behavior changes

Key Responsibilities:

·  Stakeholder Management/Alignment: With support of the S&Ops Lead, responsible to prepare key inputs and prepare for critical discussions and informed decision making in partnership with MyP&O Americas Leadership Team. Support key discussions with MyP&O LT, Project Teams and Functional Teams by consolidating inputs to the meeting agendas, facilitating the meeting discussions and driving follow through of the actions to achieve program goals and objectives.
·  Measurement & Reporting: Manage the reporting process to gather data and report progress against priority programs and initiatives at specified reporting intervals.
·  Project Management: As needed, support project owners in creating timelines, resource management and key milestones to attain the goals and needs of their respective initiatives in an effort to deliver the broader program deliverables. Monitor these timelines and milestones to ensure projects are staying on track. Target key stakeholders with relevant and timeline updates on the initiative progress and/or risk management.
·  MyP&O Americas Initiatives & Programs: This project role will also be called upon to partner with the Service & Ops Lead to contribute expertise and program management for MyP&O Americas Strategic Priorities and other ‘added value’ MyP&O Americas initiatives to ensure the success of the MGS P&O and MyP&O Americas organizations.
