Buscamos Gerente de Ventas para el Canal No Grocery , quien será responsable de impulsar el crecimiento de la venta para el Canal en la Región Metropolitana, segmento Petcare, en línea con la estrategia de la unidad de mercado. Asimismo será Líder del equipo asignado, con el desafío de desarrollar una relación a largo plazo con los clientes, asumiendo la estrategia de RTM para la geografía asignada .

Cuáles son las principales responsabilidades?

·  Impulsar el crecimiento de las ventas para el canal en la región metropolitana, para todo el segmento de cuidado de mascotas
·  Definir la participación de cada cliente para lograr el objetivo total
·  Coordinar y liderar a los Representantes de Ventas y Ejecución para lograr los objetivos establecidos para cada uno.
·  Impulsar las principales actividades establecidas para impulsar el crecimiento: como ser Perfect Store, cambios en RTM, lanzamientos de productos, promociones, activaciones, etc.
·  Responsable de desarrollar una relación a largo plazo con los clientes, estableciendo el rol estratégico y el plan de inversión para cada cliente:
·  Crear el plan de inversión, trabajando junto con sus pares, el Director de ventas y el equipo de One Demand
·  Crear con Customer Marketing el plan de promociones y actividades.

Qué estamos buscando?

·  Ingeniero Comercial o similar
·  3 o 4 años de Experiencia en posiciones de Venta Campo, liderando equipos de Ventas
·  Inglés Intermedio/Avanzado
