Key Responsibilities/职位描述

·  根据区域销售计划,高效完成目标及过程指标;
·  负责祁东县乡镇综合渠道客户生意管理并完成销售目标达成;
·  根据公司及区域市场实际情况,确保区域终端陈列符合公司要求。
·  及时反馈市场信息,分析竞品动态及行业动态,并提出建议。
·  定期拜访客户,加强客户沟通,建立良好的客情,提升客户忠诚度,有效阻击竞品抗击市场。
·  维护产品价格体系稳定,及时处理客户相关问题 。

Qualifications/任职条件

1.具备大专及以上学历,3年快速消费品销售经验;

2.具备良好的沟通表达能力、销售数据分析能力和谈判技巧;
3.熟悉当地主要消费品零售市场,良好的客户开发管理能力及客情建立;

4.具备积极主动, 良好的团队合作精神,优秀的政策执行能力,良好的竞争意识,具备抗压力;
5.积极正向,能快速融入团队,对自身职业规划清晰,具备强烈的上进心;

6.具备学习能力,快速进入工作状态

7.会开车有驾照
