One of the largest chocolate factories in the world produces some of the greatest candy brands.
Mars ® , Bounty ® , Twix ® , M&M’s ® , Bites ® : everyone loves them. As one of our new brand managers (one for bites, one for bars), you will be responsible for a portfolio of extremely valuable products with an unbelievably successful history and an even more promising future. One of the attractive sides of the job is the large operational component, in which you engage with different stakeholders and run multiple projects at the same time. By preparing and adjusting the year plan where and when necessary, you ensure an excellent execution on the shop floor and other physical and virtual environments of all BTL & Display activities. Alert monitoring and brand performance analysis enable you to identify and recommend annual product priorities; furthermore, you oversee the effects of relevant market trends on key projects for the business, e.g. Perfect Store.

 

This exciting role requires an experienced and passionate brand manager who has a marketing background. Your CV describes a motivated individual who excels in a dynamic, diverse and ambitious team and has the drive to work with some of the best brands in the industry. You have a proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies, thanks to an entrepreneurial and creative mindset, hands-on mentality, strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking. Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a business-related discipline preferred, and at least two years of relevant working experience within marketing (or sales force) in FMCG. A good command of written and spoken Dutch and English is required. This is a full-time position.
